You can check the status of your order at any time by logging in to My Account. If you are already logged into your account, you can go to My Account > My Orders and track the status of your order(s) here. Please note that it may take up to 2-3 days to complete the processing of your order and tracking information will not be available until your item has actually shipped.

Our orders are processed once they are placed. In most cases we aren’t able to modify or cancel your order once it has been placed. You can always return the item within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Please contact Customer Service.
